How does the live-grilling setup work?
We bring our own specialized rotisserie grills and wood charcoal. We set up outdoors, grill the meats fresh on site, and serve them hot directly to your guests.
Do you serve indoors?
Grilling must be done outdoors due to smoke and open flames, but we can set up the buffet tables and carve meats tableside (passador style) indoors without any issue.
What is your minimum guest count?
Our catering services require a minimum of 10 guests. For smaller parties, contact us directly to explore custom service setups.
Do you provide vegetarian or gluten-free options?
Yes, almost all of our meat cuts are naturally gluten-free as they are seasoned only with coarse salt. We also provide a selection of hot vegetarian sides and fresh salads.
